Welcome to OnlineECHO...

...the web site for the Elmore County Homeschool Organization (ECHO), a support group for homeschooling families in the tri-county area (Elmore, Autauga, Montgomery) of Alabama.

Our motto at ECHO is: “You get out what you put in!”

We meet the first and third Friday of every month year-round from 10 a.m. to noon at the Millbrook Presbyterian Church on Main Street, Millbrook. Membership is free! Just bring your children and your enthusiasm. We feel that we can conduct our adult discussions with our children in the room, so there is no cost for childcare at ECHO!

To read more about our meetings, click on Our Meetings on the menu at left to see how our meetings are structured and to see if you think partnering up with ECHO will work for you and your kids.

Our meetings provide practical support for parents while our children participate in supervised activities and playtime. From small things, great things grow -- ECHO is like that. What you put in, what you plant, is what comes out, and with care it will GROW! So get to know your fellow homeschoolers while your children make some homeschooled friends!

Be sure to scroll down to read the news announcements and find out what's going on at ECHO and in the greater homeschooling community. Also, check out our calendar on the left column.
