If you are having trouble with one of our RSVP forms, please let us know. Be as detailed as possible in your problem description to help us diagnosis the issue as quickly and easily as possible.
Before contacting support, check out the following suggestions:
If you're having trouble on a mobile device, switch to a desktop/laptop if possible.
Make sure you interacted with the captcha security feature; you may have to scroll up after hitting the submit button to do so.
Try switching to a different internet browser.
Unsure if your submission went through? You should receive an on screen confirmation of submission and an auto-generated confirmation email immediately after submission. If you do not receive your email please check your spam folder before contacting us. If your email was typed incorrectly in the form your confirmation will not come through.
If you are submitting a membership form you should also receive an email invitation to our private Google Group; this may take a couple of days as an ECHO leader has to review your form and send the invite manually. Please check your spam folder for this as well.
